We take the “via media,” the “middle way” between Roman Catholic and Protestant traditions, finding great richness in both. Those raised in Roman Catholic or Lutheran Churches will find our service very familiar.
Though we use traditional words in our worship, we are free to voice our own interpretations. We find our authority in Holy Scripture, Church tradition, and our own reason and experience. We are people who are comfortable with paradox. We are free to ask questions and to think for ourselves, sharing a common creed and bound together by Christ's love in his body, the Church. We seek to follow Jesus's call to love God and love others in God's name.
We are inclusive and welcome everyone to join with us in worship, in fellowship, and in serving God in our world.
